Sound Bath Facilitation for Healers and Yoga Teachers

$499.00

Discover the art, science, and spiritual elements of sound bath facilitation in this immersive, hands-on training designed to deepen your understanding of sound, facilitation, and healing. Blending practical instruction with foundational knowledge, this course explores how to create intentional sound experiences using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, percussion, chimes, tuning forks, and other sound tools.

Participants will learn the fundamentals of sound bath preparation, instrument techniques, sequencing, and session flow, while exploring how sound, rhythm, and vibration influence our sensory experience and perception of relaxation. Participants will also learn accessible breath work techniques and yoga poses to incorporate in a sound bath. Nada Yoga and mantra will be explored to unlock its spiritual impact on a practice. The training also covers creating a supportive environment, guiding participants through an experience, and developing an intentional approach to facilitation that prioritizes accessibility, consent, and individual comfort.

Through demonstrations, guided practice, and opportunities to facilitate, participants will build practical skills and confidence in crafting their own sound bath experiences. Whether you're a yoga teacher, healer, wellness practitioner, meditation guide, or simply interested in exploring sound, this training offers a foundation for bringing sound into your personal practice or professional offerings.

By the end of the training, participants will have a foundational understanding of sound bath facilitation, practical experience working with sound instruments, and tools for designing and guiding their own sessions through a yogic lens. Participants receive a certificate of completion after this offering. This course counts at five hours of continuing education (CE’s) for the Yoga Alliance.
